Heridas de Amor - Episode 47

Miranda told Gonzalo, "I don't know you. The Gonzalo San Llorente I thought I knew doesn't exist." She reminded him that the house they're in belongs to Fernanda, not Gonzalo. (The Mexico City house, not the Tabasco house as I thought yesterday.)

She asked, "Who was the man you killed, and what did you and Bertha do with the body?" Gonzalo snarled, "I don't have to answer to anyone, much less you. We are finished. Call the police if you want to denounce me."

Andrea told Santiago that she doesn't know what happened to her husband because she can't remember but she thinks he was murdered. Santiago then introduced her and Pamela to Leonardo (Andrea's husband). Leonardo said he looked for them for years.

Alejandro told Luciano they should try to think like Cesar, and concluded that Cesar wants to obtain the reserved shares so he can give them to Miranda and look like a hero. Alejandro said, "But it is deceit. In reality he hates Gonzalo and wants to destroy him."

Miranda cried and said to herself, "Alejandro, I need to hear your words, your voice, to feel the strength of your arms, your love." Alejandro then called her and, worried because she was crying, raced to go see her.

Men with machetes tried to break into the hacienda. (Apparently disgruntled chocolate pickers, stirred up because Bertha told them they won't be paid?) Juan told the girls to lock themselves in Florencia's room while he went to find Fabricio.

Gabino drove the men off but said they will return. "These imbeciles won't be happy until they empty the big house."

Roman (the detective who is romancing Amparo) visited Gonzalo and realized that Cesar lied to him when he said he was speaking for Gonzalo. He wondered what Cesar is up to. Gonzalo told Roman to focus on finding out who Fernanda's protector is.

Francisco told Amparo he met his former factory boss, who gave him a big check (severance pay?) Amparo said they should ask Alejandro or Roman what to do with it.

Raul went to the police to turn in Sanson and his gang in order to protect Amparo. An unsympathetic police officer told Raul he can't leave without paying a large bail. Carola arrived to bail Raul out. She refused to talk to the cop, but he told her, "If you don't cooperate with us, you will be arrested, too."

Renata admitted to Erika that she adores Juan, "but we are very different." Erika said, "The only difference is you are a woman and he is a man," and told Renata she shouldn't be unfair to Juan by leading him on just to win her wager with Veronica.
